The Boulder Farmer’s Market is in full swing and we love seeing our seasonal friends again! The first day of the market was April 3rd and we enjoyed sunny, 78-degree weather.
The first market day in 2018 was brutal; we needed a hat and gloves, scarves, two pairs of socks and boots to make it through the freezing temperatures. Last year, the market didn’t begin until June due to all the Covid-19 restrictions. The annual opening date is the first Saturday in April and it goes on rain or shine, no matter the temperature. The last day for the market is the Saturday before Thanksgiving. The Boulder Farmer’s Market has the longest season of any in Colorado.
You can also find us at the Fairgrounds in Longmont on Saturdays. As with last year, masks are required at both markets and reservations are suggested. Vendors are not offering samples quite yet and everyone is encouraged to continue practice social distancing, but you will still find the same great products you love, along with some new items to try, many of which you can’t buy anywhere else.
BookCliff currently offers nine wines at each market. If there is a particular wine you’d like, we are happy to bring it for you! Club members also receive their customary discounts at the markets as well (15% off all wine, 20% off cases). We hope to see you soon in Boulder or Longmont!
