Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, and we have the perfect decadent gifts for the one who has your heart (or treat yourself!).
What would a celebration of love be without chocolate? We’ve teamed up with Lift Chocolates to bring you two fabulous chocolate and wine pairing options. First up: wine truffles! Lift used their highest quality chocolate ganache and infused it with our Encore (late harvest zinfandel) to craft these gorgeous confections. We are offering a set of five of these limited truffles with a 750ml bottle of encore for $35.
For those who don’t want to choose just one flavor, our other chocolate and wine pairing includes three different truffles with three different wines:
- Ensemble 2018 paired with dark chocolate hazelnut truffle
- Malbec Reserve 2018 paired with dark chocolate raspberry truffle
- Encore 2016 paired with a special creation of dark chocolate infused with Encore
You’ll receive a box of truffles and three two-ounce bottles of wine to enjoy at home for $18. Both chocolate selections and their perfectly paired wine counterparts are available today in both our Boulder and Palisade tasting rooms!
