Do you miss our in-person dinners? So do we! It is always so fun to have our guests dine with us in the winery among the tanks and barrels, enjoying food, wine, and good company.

We still wanted to offer dinners during the COVID-19 pandemic, so we have adapted with the changing times and worked with local chefs to put together easily-reheated meals to enjoy at home. Our tasting room staff fills two-ounce bottles to pair with each course.

The finishing touch to these take-home meals is the music! Our tasting room employee Jaime has enjoyed the challenge of putting together themed playlists for our dinners. Last year, she crafted a harp-themed playlist for our Mother’s Day dinner and a relaxing Christmas playlist for our holiday dinner.

Last weekend, we celebrated Valentine’s Day with a slew of tasty offerings, including a multi-course meal by Matt Collier. Jaime curated a unique playlist that had a little something for everyone. Says Jaime: “I think this is a well-rounded playlist full of classic love songs plus some cute modern/alternative hits. It builds up with happy, uplifting songs from a variety of generations, peaks with some ditties people might feel inspired to get up and dance to (this will be once they’ve had plenty of wine!) and then winds down with some heartfelt tunes that will have everyone slow dancing by the end of the night.
