Who’s ready for warm weather? Let’s celebrate the coming of spring showers and flowers with a dinner!
Our Spring Equinox Dinner is scheduled for Saturday, March 20th. This meal will be for pickup only, to be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home with fabulous wine pairings. Matt Collier has prepared this delectable three-course menu:
First Course
Sweet potato & herb croquette, spinach & bacon salad with radishes, red wine vinaigrette and pepitas – paired with Rose 2020
Second Course
Roasted leg of lamb, potato gnocchi, nasturtium pesto, shiitake mushrooms, red onion, carrots, peppers and pine nuts – paired with Reserve Syrah 2018
-OR-
Spinach-potato gnocchi, brown butter, fennel, golden beets, leeks, spiced pecans and radish salad – paired with Tempranillo 2020
Third Course
Dessert plate with chocolate truffles, petits fours, pistachio cookies and meringues – paired with Late Harvest Muscat Blanc 2019
